Milk & Honey Ranch

Milk & Honey Ranch is a 54-acre boutique retreat in Burton, Texas — about an hour from both Houston and Austin — built around the idea that a great getaway should feel like more than just a place to sleep.

The ranch has 41 stays across several distinct experiences: a ten-cabin Western town with a private pool and saloon, casita-style rooms with mini kitchens and Highland cow views, glamping domes with real bathrooms, and larger homes for families or groups. Every stay comes with full access to the entire property.

What sets it apart for couples is how much is already there. A spring-fed lake with beach club and kayaks, Flow Spa with massage and cold plunge, cowboy hot tubs under the stars, fire pits, a working farm you can walk into, and a café. None of it is behind a paywall or a wristband.

Rated 4.9 out of 800+ verified reviews. The ranch rewards repeat guests too — three completed stays earn a free night automatically through their guest app.
